Filters Not Showing Up

I am trying to install the the free Face Light and Vignette filter: http://www.haiku.com.au/2005/08/final-cut-pro-plug-ins.html

I have dropped them to the correct directory, but they do appear in my FCP Effects menu.

Does anyone know if these work with FCP 6.02?

These show up for me with FCP 6.02, and appear in the menus under Effects>Video Filters>Color Correction.

Well, at least I know they are supposed to work in FCP 6.02.

I dropped the two files into this folder:

Library\Application Support\Final Cut Pro System Support\Plugins

Do I need to do anything else to have FCP recognize them?

My copy are in the same place, although the two filters are in a folder titled "Marcus_plug". It doesn't seem like that should make a difference, but it might. I don't remember doing anything other than dropping this folder in the plug-in folder, but its been a while since I installed them so I can't be sure.
