Filter that will make the clip become more and more out of focus as it plays?

I did a dolly back shot of three actors. I want the shot to be in focus at first but, becoming more and more out of focus as the camera dollies back. Is there a filter in Premiere CS5 I can apply that will make the clip sequentially out of focus as it plays? Thanks.

You can keyframe most filters (e.g. keyframe the strength of blur)

Cool. One more question. How do I keyframe?

In Premiere goto the effects pallette. Next to the name of the filter you applied will be a stop watch and an empty diamond. Click the stop watch for the first keyframe and the empty diamond for any additional keyframes you want to create.
