Filter Sizes

I just picked up a redrock mattebox and was wondering if I need to be buying 4x4 or 4x5.65 filters. I shoot on a a 60D right now, have hopes of picking up a scarlet sometime in the near future, and like to be able to go as wide as 16mm. At what point am I going to see vignetting?

4x5.65 would be my choice, as most of my filters are.

I bought a 4x4 3 stop ND to use with a set of CP.2's I rented only because it was the only one they had in the store on the day of the shoot. It saved me but wouldn't have bought it if I had have a choice. Didn't vignette on AF-100. Get the 4x5.65. They will work on all cameras.
