FILTER EFFECTS? Help.

Doing a dream sequence and wanted to add a "mist" type filter or "fog" filter. I have FCP 3. Any help with this or how to achieve that look?

Is there a plug-in I can buy or download that will give me the chance to add "Tiffen" filter add-ons to my video image?

Does FCP 3 come with Motion? If so in the library of particle emitters there's smoke and fog etc

I checked and no video filter with the title "Motion". Is there any way I can purchase of download the filter so that it appears in my FCP as a plug-in? Can anyone help with this. Wanted to add a fog or mist type of video filter to the scene since it's a dream sequence.

I guess if not, I will try Soft Focus as stated by Robbie.

Motion is a program within FCS. I wasn't certain your version of FCP 3 had something like Motion.
