Krummi Well-known member Jan 15, 2006 #1 Yo Good Folks! Did a quick search and didn't find anything substantial. Is there a way to emulate filmic fade-to-blacks and burn-to-whites within Vegas? The supplied "crossfade-to-black" isn't ver convincing. Is there a third party plygin for this? Thanks.

U uhrgl Veteran Jan 15, 2006 #2 no need for plug-ins. this is cakey stuff. fade to black = bring opactity to 0 - make it as smooth or sharp as you want. it's as simple as dragging the start/end of a clip. burn to white you can use a transition called Flash.
