Film School-Temple University-Editing? How is their film program?

Recently I got accepted to Temple University's film program and heard somewhere that their film program doesn't really have much of any editing courses, is this true? Does anyone know how this school's film program is? I know some schools tend to have better programs in one area over another. IE: Columbia College Chicago is supposed to have a pretty solid cinematography program but a sloppy directing program.
One other thing, I probably have more experience in film production than the average high school senior, does Temple force you to take any classes on like software training or really basic stuff that would bore me to death? What's the pace like for classes you can take?

I got into Temple but decided not to go because I think Philadelphia suffers from urban decay worse than anywhere else in the nation.

As far as your concerns with the actual program; I think every school makes you take boring intro classes, so get used to it. That's your time to shine and show the professors how talented you are, just don't be cocky.
