So the charity I shoot for just got offered by NBC to do a commercial. There having a guy come pick up the footage on Wednesday morning and I am going through it today. I have no idea about rights and all that jazz or about money. Can someone point me in the direction of what I should type up or consider before handing over the footage I shot.

Also To add...
Yeah who owns the rights, hmm. Well the charity is my buddy's from back in High School so when I filmed for them I didn't think twice that it would just be used for internal/light promotional use. I didn't think that they would win a 50k grant from Pepsi last month and be up for the 250k grant this month attracting NBC/Pepsi to do a commercial using footage from our last event (footage I shot).

Do you have a good place to get/have a generic template or how to word a limited license, or what ever Doc need?

Thanks
-Kevin
