Film Overexpose Effect

Was wondering if anyone knew how to replacate the look u get when film ramps and overexposes quickly inbetween use.

Many ways to achieve it. "Dip to color" dissolve is probalby the easiest, nattress filters are my favorite (there's a couple in the set that do exactly what you're after, with extra "character"), you could even keyframe the highlights in there for a different effect.

nattress looks like the way to go only at the moment i dont have any money to purchase these filters. Until i think i will stick to that Dip to color thing you where telling me about.
