Film Noir...a dead art from?

[Blaine]

The Narrow Margin is another favorite of mine

I haven't seen it but I just checked it out on Amazon. Looks like I'm going to need to see this one. It stars Marie Windsor. She was also in The Killing and Force of Evil. Thanks for the heads up.

One more Coen Bros. Film Noir-

The Man Who Wasn't There

Does anyone else consider this along with Blood Simple and Fargo to be a bit of a trilogy?

[NO CA$H]

Hitchcock's Shadow of Doubt.

[Filmjunkie677]

Paul Thomas Anderson's Hard Eight.

love Hard Eight! especially that cut in the beginning from Reilly in the back seat to the front seat.

a must-see recent noir:

A Simple Plan by Sam Raimi. great music by Danny Elfman.
