film fx doesn't animate in Vegas

I'm trying to use the film fx tool in Vegas but the grain and scratches don't move... it just looks like your looking through a dirty window when you play the clip. Is there a setting I might have accidentally turned off? It used to animate, but not anymore.

You need to upgrade to version 6.0d. It's a free upgrade; just download it.

There was a bug which was in the original release of 6.0, which was fixed by 6.0a. But 6.0d is the latest version of V6.

Thanks David for your quick reply. When I download the update, will the new version automatically update my current projects in the older version. I'm afraid of losing a large project that isn't finished yet.
