I wanted to make a small file pic for use on a discussion board. The original file size was 8 M. I cropped and did what I needed to get what I want. The file can only be 19.5K max. I came in at 19.3K. I saved it as a jpg in photoshop CS3 but the smallest it would save as is 27K or there abouts. Why? When I go to "image size", it is 19.3K ...
