File Damaged!!!

I cannot open a project because Premiere says its damaged. What should i do?

if you had the autosve option checked when you were editing you should have some archived projects in the specified folder probably a folder with the folder that your original project was saved

videoav, if you dont have auto save enabled you can try to create a new project and import the damaged project into the new one. Sometimes it works!
