Fig Rig System

I can across the Manfrotto Fig Rig System and became curious.
Has anyone used this? How would you work this thing if you were doing it handheld?

I used it once, and since then never again.
I can't use something that fatigues the arms...and that as well as anything without a vest, will.

I can sell you one cheap or trade it for something else.

It looks like it would wear you out. That's why I couldn't figure out how in the world you could comfortably do handheld.
