Few DIY improvements for SmallRig BMMCC cage

Let me share few improvements i made for SmallRig BMMCC cage.
1. The monitor mount made from cheap camera TILT Mount Clamp. I unscrewed the top part and made a custom bottom plate for it (drilled a a gauge from used cold shoe mount). The mount is made of plastic, all parts are rather shaky and it can't operate by one hand because it uses mini rosette inside, so you need unscrew and screw it back every time to change an angle. Not perfect but usable.
2. For extra durability added four 1/4-20*3/4 GRUB SCREWS around the lens mount. Screws coated with heat shrink tube sleeve around the end to protect camera from scratching. Also added one 1/4-20*5/16 GRUB SCREW to fix camera at the top of the cage.
3. DIY hand-made angle HDMI clamp. Works great!

Looks good. Have you considered using a type C flash holder or ball head as a monitor mount? I use a gorillapod ball head with QR plate which works very well.

I don't like ball head for this purpose because i like to keep monitor in parallel with the cameral.
