Hey guys,
So I submitted my feature film to Slamdance and started looking into other festivals out there and was surprised at the volume of festivals. I'm going through Withoutabox.com but they don't provide any type of ranking system. It's basically a crap shoot which ones are legitimate or worthy over others.
What festivals are you guys entering right now? Anyone have any suggestions? Of course, I know about the big 5 (Cannes, Berlin, Sundance, SXSW, etc.) but what about the next tier down? What's say the top 15 festivals, is there a list out there?
Thanks guys, I don't want to pay for a ton of festivals, I'd like to make more informed decisions, but all the websites for these are not objective and hard to really read. What other solid festivals do you suggest?
Thanks!
