I just want to know what people think of the designs for my website I have had over the years.. I have all the old ones posted here:

http://dreamsoftfilms.dunderbug.com/oldsites/

vs my current site:

http://dreamsoftfilms.dunderbug.com/

I own both Dreamsoft Films and Dreamsoft Interactive, the latter being the original company I started when I was first interested in software/web design... times.. and my goals have indeed changed.

any thoughts on em?

I personally love the 2001 look.. and have not been able to re-capture that feeling in any of the designs since..

To be honest, I think the 1999 one is the best. It is the most organic of all of them. Over time, until your current version, the sites slowly lose personality. Visually differentiate yourself from the others, then visitors will likely be more interested in your message. Suggestion: keep your news on the main page, but break it off into a smaller, narrow column and put more content on the home page. When I get to your site, I need to know right away what problem of mine you're out to solve, and how well you can solve it.

If you are going to use the *BLOG* look....you might as well setup a MySQL DB and use BLOG software like wordpress or Expression Engine (The BEST!!). This would make it very dynamic and not so stale like html tends to be. ~reservoir~
