Feature request: screenplay formatting

I brought this up in another thread, but I think it was probably overlooked... do you think it would be possible to add a plugin to handle screenplay formatting for the boards? It would be a great help to those members trying to share snippets from their scripts, as well as to anyone trying to teach/learn proper screenplay formatting...

John August has actually commissioned the creation of exactly such a plugin on his blog recently... my guess is it wouldn't be too difficult to adapt it to phpBB. Link here. If I remembered even half of what I used to know about PHP scripting, I'd offer to do it myself, but... I don't.

It might be possible to just take a screenplay and output to html, add the "pre" html tags to preserve screenplay formatting; just an idea if such a plugin could not be done.

Is anyone reading this? I think we might get a little more support for the woefully ignored writing section if the tools were easy to use, and most of the work has already been done!

Yes, I've been following the development of this plugin. I passed the info on and hopefully it will get installed soon.
