Edit AVI files with DVCPRO HD codec in FCS2?
Anyone get this to work? It will not work on FCS 1x and wondering if upgrading solves the problem.
The Apple FCS2 website only says it supports AVI as input but does not indicate if AVI with DVCPRO HD works.
The reason for the question is that DV RACK HD 2.0 has a bug that prevents reliable recording of clips longer than 11 mins in QT/mov format so we had to default to AVI for long recordings (concerts at 90-120 minutes).
Know it is an outside chance question that may just require experimentation but thought I would ask.
