FCPX project files to Premiere CC: possible to generate XML without FCPX?

I have some editing work coming my way. It includes some FCPX files that I'll need to open. I cut in Premiere CC, and the person who created these project files for the company no longer works there. Is there some kind of lightweight app out there that can generate XML files between the two NLEs? I'd prefer to avoid having to download the whole demo version of FCPX (if they're even still offering it).

Do you have FCPXML files from his edits. If not you will need to get the app. Then you will still need to convert the FCPXML's to an XML. I do this in Resolve but there are a few app that just do this XtoCC, etc.

I don't think there's a demo version of it anymore.

That said, if you need them converted to FCPXML, I can do it for you assuming you're fine with sharing them with a third party.
