FCPX keeps "Failing"

Is it really long? Try exporting to Apple devices with either iPad or Mac presets and then just upload to vimeo via the browser.
 
No, it is only 15 minutes. It will let me export and that is what I had to do. However, I do not want to loose that functionality. It is pretty handy and I can't stand it when something doesn't work as it should.
 
I have had that issue with youtube...as suggested... just export as a quicktime file and upload that file outside FCPX
