Hi, I recently started using FCPX for color grading and editing my RED files. FCPX imports my R3D files just fine, however, the problem I'm experiencing is that the R3D files appear brighter in FCPX than they do in Redcine X and I'd like to set it so that both programs display accurate color/exposure levels but I am unsure which of the two programs is displaying the correct exposure. I suspect this might be a color space issue but I am not very knowledgable in this area so I am unsure how to fix the problem... any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
