fcp7- format choice for the panasonic ag-hmc 150

What is the question? If it's what editing format should I use in FCP- use ProRes (just standard not HQ).

got it, can i ask u another silly question. this is my first time editing my footage with this camera so thats why the question is lame: any ways, can i take my footage from my sdhc card and when i see the :|"private folder" on my desk top, can i simply drag it to another folder i already have pre named on my scratch disk, and off load the card and then re use that card in my camera again after i reformat it. thanks
 
holy cow, there is apple pro res 422 (lt) 960x720 30p 48 khz and then there is apple pro res 422 (proxy) and then just apple pro res 422 960x720 30p or 1280 x 720 or 1440x1080 ? whats the difference in the sizes?,the last one is the one i think u said i should pick, or should i get the apple pro res 4444 1920x1080 30p?
