FCP7 and shutter speed

The first part of the equation is does your camera record that metadata?

And then...

Presently FCP7 or X does not retain that info once footage is logged, theres is an info section in FCPX where you could manually do it, however the hope is this will be added to FCPX soon.
 
My camera is an AF101.
Trying to discover if it records that metadata for each clip, but don't find anything :(
Can't find an other software that can help me too.
