FCP6 project file compatibility with FCP5?

I just completed a feature film on my macbook using FCP6 and I want to transfer all the media to my client's computer via media management for archival purposes. Plus I really need the space on my external hard drive for another project I'll be doing soon.

However, his workstation only has FCP5, so would the FCP6 .fcp project file be compatible with FCP5? We haven't tried anything yet, but my client's FCP5 project files worked with my FCP6.

What would be the best way to go about this? Thanks.
 
Not going to work- must be FCP 6 on both machines. Sorry. It's hard-wired in that way. Only way is to export as XML back and forth which is kind of a PITA.
