FCP5: best export for idvd?

I have a 17 minute piece to burn to dvd, unfortunately on idvd for now, any suggestions for highest quality (quicktime movie? compressor?) and what settings? Also I want to give them a master dvd to make copies from (in toast I think) shoudl I export it as something different for the master? Thanks for your ideas!

QuickTime NTSC DV or Animation codec. iDVD does the rest...

Any idea how to make it burn without a menu? so it just comes up and then ends (even with the "start automatically" option, it goes to a menu at the end...)

You should be able to set it up this way (loop on black at end of play) with DVD Studio pro but I'm not sure iDVD can. Check the online help menu.
Your other option is add a long length of black at the end and just burn that. Are people going to be playing the disk 1/2 to an hour after it finishes?
