FCP2: Anything new on keying?

They included some popular features from Shake into Motion3 and Color seems to be the result of the FinalTouch buyout - only thing I´m missing here is a sofisticated keyer!
Guess Shake still is in the game...
 
Not specific to the keyer, but I'm kind of curious as well about the real guts of the Motion upgrade. After Shake 4.1 was announced as the end of the road, I expected a Shake 5.0 with a new name (Wiggle?). But there doesn't seem to be any sight of such. If all they're doing is canabalizing Shake to beef up Motion, well that's good for Motion users, but not a realisitic replacement to Shake. I'll wait and see what the trade rags say about the Motion 3 upgrade though, see if there's anything there that just didn't hit the propaganda/marketing waves from today.

Ahh okay, well that's good to hear. As long as a dedicated replacement is being developed then its cool. I love the node environment of Shake, but it was in need of some retooling finally.

Good news indeed, THX (and VaricamLife). Me likes my Shake. Sad to hear it ws {maybe} the end of the line. Now - glad to hear {maybe} otherwise.

FCS2 is looking pretty tight too by the way. No surprises there.
