FCP X DIY Effects by me :)

Hi Guys,

I'm just playing with new motion 5 and its really fun. I'm working on a post HDR effect and would like to build more in future. It would be nice if some of you try this and give some feedback so I can work more on it. Also let me know if you are looking for any specific effect so I can try to build one.

Install:
Download and unzip PraSankar folder from here http://www.mediafire.com/?zga6wfnt1b1ubr7
Copy and paste the 'PraSankar' folder into movies/Motion Templates/Effects
Usage: (Its very straight forward)
Go to effects browser in FCP X and double click on PraSankar.
Go to nspector and HDR will be on top of the effects. Tweak 'sharpness' and 'HDR Value' to your taste. Blur and saturation are just options I've added in case if you want to play with.

Note: it may give nice results if you apply balance color effect before applying this. Don't forget to give feedback that will help me modify it

I've just downloaded and tested. It worked fine for me. Can you try it again.

Nice work! See, we don't have to learn FXPlug 2 scripting language to make our own custom templates (text, effects, generators, transitions). I highly recommend Ripple Trianing's series on Rigging & Publishing, too.
