NorBro Major Contributor Sep 12, 2012 #1 I have some HVX200 footage shot in 23.98. Before importing, I checked the remove pulldown box. After I place the footage in my timeline, I still see the 3rd or 4th frame has fields in it. Any thoughts on what's going on? Thank you.

NorBro Major Contributor Sep 13, 2012 #3 I'm not sure what the videographer shot in as far as 1080/24p or pA, but I tried reverse telecine and it worked...which one would that have been?

David Jimerson Administrator Staff member Sep 13, 2012 #4 If it was a reverse telecine, then it would have been 24p, not 24pA. 24pA is the only pulldown which can be removed automatically in FCP/FCPX. I don't know why so many people shoot 24p instead of 24pA.
