FCP Video export for personal website??

I am building my web site with I Web (Mac program ) I have large video files for you tube, my space so on... When i import these videos into I Web ..I get a pop up saying the size may slow down the site and that videos for the website should by 10MB ,,,how can I get quality at 10MB

With FCP you're incredibly limited in what you can do. If your client on the other end can Read a h.264 file in an Mp4 container, that will be your best route to go.

Ideally you would want to set up a flash video on your site so your client doesn't have to download anything. Uploading a master file to Youtube or Vimeo is a quick way to do this.
