FCP Unexpected Quit During Render

Have an FCP project that keeps "Unexpectadedly Quitting" every time I try to render it. 720 Timeline.....Apple Pro Res 422 HQ Compression. Not having the problem on other projects. Any suggestions???

i would trash prefs & trash render files.
if it still crashes, try rendering in "chunks" instead of the whole thing at once.
