Going from FCP to Shake to FCP is 2 re-encodes, or is this codec able to handle this without any data loss? thanks.

escozooz Well-known member Sep 22, 2005 #4 I am editing in a DVCpro timeline, can I edit in uncopmressed? I figure DVCpro is fine, I'm not going to film anytime soon. I tried some tests with dvcPro to AE and back and it looked okay, but there must be some compression artifacts. I also tried uncompressed to AE and its messed up the picture a little bit. I'm just using the DVCpro and trying no to recompress more than once. Any other help would be cool.
