FCP to Logic

Is it possible to send the audio and video from FCP into Logic Pro so I can mix and master the audio in Logic (on another computer) and still maintain the separate audio files channels?

Absolutely.

What I do is export an OMF file from fcp and Import it in Logic. Works great.
Give yourself a two-pop or syncpoint, and put timecode on a QT video file that you open in logic so you can be sure you're in sync. Nothing worse than doing a big mix that's outta sync.
