FCP rescue for FCP 4.5hd

Where can I download a version of FCP Rescue suitable for FCP 4.5 HD?
All I can find is FCP Rescue 5 which is apparently only good for FCP 5.
All of the links for the earlier versions that I have been able to find seem to have been cut.

It is VERY straight forward. Click TRASH to trash your preference. And once you have done that, and have customized FCP to your liking, you hit BACKUP to back up a good set of preferences, and the next time you have to TRASH you can then hit RESTORE to put back a good set of preferences so you still retain your customization.
