so i'm editing a 5 minute short and they want flying (or minimally moving) text in cool colors/fonts. my only experience is with fcp's internal title generator and i could never make them not look like crap. my friend, who knows what she's doing, made some bad-ass animated titles with effects in MOtion, and I'm jealous. so is this something that's worth a huge investment of time in learning, is there something that's close enough but easier? is it really that hard to learn? how do you guys find it most easy to do this sort of thing? thanks!
