FCP - 'Log and Transfer' not transferring all the footage.

Trying to capture some footage off a HMC150 and the 'Log and Transfer' process is not grabbing all the clips. Some will transfer...others won't. I've tested with another AVCHD camera, a hand held Sony camcorder, and it's not working with that camera either. What's the possible culprit here? I've tried everything I can think of from reformatting the SD card, software updates for FCP and Mac OS, deleting preferences, even reinstalling FCS.

Find out why you have so many errors in the transfer queue there. Did you somehow miss all those error notifications?

Well that's what I'm trying to figure out. I didn't miss them, they are obviously part of the problem, if not all of it, and that's why I attached the pic.
