My usual process for slow motion is shooting 60p, conforming to 23.98 in Cinema Tools, then importing it into FCP. This has always worked like a charm with my 7D footage.
I just got a GoPro and tried my usual method, but for some reason FCP keeps playing it back as if it was never conformed. It plays back in slow motion when I preview in finder, but as soon as I drop it in my browser it appears to be 60p/60fps again.
I already trashed prefs and repaired disk permissions.
Any ideas?
