FCP HD 270 24p to DVD

I know this is a simple question.
and I know there is a book out there , but I am not going to barns and noble tonight and read a book to get this done by 9am tomorrow...
Having said that,,
what are the exact steps to putting my 4 min project edited in FCP at 720 24p into DVD SP 4?
Do I use compressor, if so how or do I use a regular Quicktime movie.
If quictime, will it hold it's 16:9

So, you don't want to do the leg work the rest of us did at 2am when we were in a jam, eh? And it's that important, eh? All over a $23 book?

Ok, I'll be nice. Export to Compressor, chose the 90 min Best Quality 16:9 preset for your MPEG-2 file, Dolby 2.0 for you audio. For your MPEG-2 file, in the Inspector, in the Video Format tab, for Video Format, select "Automatic SD", that's it, encode.

And go buy the book. There's way more you can do to imporve image quality, etc. It's only $23.
