FCP DVCHD Pro Conversion to OGV, M4V and F4V

My friend is new to FCP 7.0 and is having trouble converting an edited project that originated as DVCProHD to the files requested by a website designer. The web guy is requesting OGV, M4V and F4V files. My friend downloaded some free convertors but wasn't happy with the quality. Can someone recommend software for these conversions?
