FCP crushing black

I shot everything in 24p stock F5 settings and need to know how to crush out the blacks in FCP...... Any suggestions? Thanks guys! :beer:

In video filters, apply the levels filter located in image control to your clip. Lower the input tolerance and watch you blacks crush. You can also do this with the 3 way color corector bascially by lowering the blacks in the BLACK.
