FCP cropping video on export (Quicktime Movie Current settings?)

When I do an export to quicktime movie with current settings I noticed that FCP is cropping off the edges very slightly, well outside of the action-safe (we're going to web so it's not a big deal.) This seems strange to me, why isn't it giving me exactly what it gives me in the timeline? Anyone know a work-around? I am seeing the cropping in quick look and quicktime player.

EDIT:
Ok this is weird, it's happening only in QTX and quick look (lion) but in QT7 it doesn't crop...hmmm. I will do a web encode and throw it on our site and see if it still crops.
