FCP coruption? HELP!!!!

For some reason all my files are corrupted, yet they play and edit fine in final cut. Its only when i try mowing the project with media manager or export to QT that i get error messages? What can i do? This are P2 files so there is no chance of recapturing.
 
Not sure if this can help, but if there is a corrupt file in there, all kinds of wierd things can happen. A little while ago I trashed ALL my renders and my issues went away (well issues in FCP anyways).
