fcp bug?

hello.
i am capturing hdv from xha1 to fcp6. the problem i often get is that i cant close the capturewindow after i captured. and sometimes i have to force quit the fcp which results in the captured material to be lost.
this has happened several times. anyone else had the same experience?

Are you sure it's done transferring the material?

yes. i am sure. and i have even turned of the cam after i got the msg that tape was captured successfully...
