Hi guys this is a weird problem that I am now experiencing in FCP. I am recording In Protools and exporting the clips as either aiff or qt or wav dosen't seem to matter but when I import to FCP the clips are at a lower tonality like maybe two whole tones. Not slower just lower.
I'm running 5.04 FCP and 7.0 Pt and I just upgraded to 7.1.1 qt and that might be it but some times I'll restart and the clips play fine and all of a sudden while FCP is running the convert down.
Just wondering if anyone else has seen this problem?
I'm going to upgrade to pt 7.1 just as soon as I can find the paper work for 7.0. I just moved and who knows where it is.
I'm going to run some tests on out putting to see if they render out correctly.
