J jojjoj23 Member Jun 5, 2007 #1 I am new to FCP and I am capturing with the xh-a1 in sd 16:9 24f mode. Every time I capture it just over writes my settings for progressive and makes the image heavily interlaced and downgrades the quality . WHAT IS HAPPENING ???!!??
