FCP 7 - Shortcuts

[jumpthewire]

i'm having some issues with my shortcuts loading for the FCP7 upgrade

one of the shortcuts i always use is:
Option + Arrow down to move audio/video to another track, BUT
looks like its not working-

anyone know what the shortcut is called?
"nudging" doesnt seem to do the trick

**update

i think there is bug-
SOMETIME this shortcut works when your video/audio is selected but its inconsistant

alt-up/down works for me as before.

nudging is moving them forward and backward 1 frame ( with me they are "," and "." on an european keyboard).
