FCP 7 Mavericks problems

I know I'm a little late on this one, but is anyone else having problems with fcp7 and Mavericks 10.9.5? I was having trouble launching it (I trashed prefs) and now general errors popping up all the time. Now trying to export .mov -- see how that works... I am wrapping up my fcp7 projects and moving on to Premiere. I was hoping me and my old friend would part on good terms :)

I will be following this as Im on 10.6 and everything like flashplayers wont update without a system upgrade. In my case Im torn between FCP10 and premier. The writing is on the wall however in terms of my beloved FCP7

Yeah, I'm with ya. To be honest Premiere's interface/tools is much like fcp 7 and therefore easier for me to pick up. I want a track editor like FC and I really don't want edit "bubbles" like in FCP X...
