FCP 7 Easy Setup HD 720p/60 exporting squeezed 4:3?

SO I just upgraded the other day to FCP 7 and I have checked all sequence settings, footage is fine in viewer and canvas (size wise anyway) and when I export using quicktime converter set to broadband high, it spits it out as 4:3 and it's crazy pixellated and squeezed. Are there new settings I have to tweak to export in FCP 7? This is how I did it in FCP 5 and I never had this problem.

Export for what? DVCPRO HD is an anamorphic format...960x720, not full 1280x720. There are ways to get it full screen, but it depends, what are you exporting for.
