FCP 7 doesn't recognise all of my footage.

Hi all,

Ik have final cut pro 7.0.3 and i want to log and transfer the footage of my sony FS700. It seems that FCP does see the clips but he only shows me the footage i filmed in slow-motion (100/200 fps).
Thats kinda strange...

I filmed in 1920/1080 50p.

So i see in my log and transfer screen aloth of clips, but only few of them i can actually import as a proress in FCP7.

Does somebody have a solution for this? I prefer log and transfer instead of converting all of my clips...

Many Thanks!

Final Cut 7 was discontinued a couple of years ago I am not sure they even have support for that camera. I recently found out that FCP7 does support Red One but not Red Epic or Scarlet.

yeah, it's time to move on from FCP7 and join FCPX. Forget all the launch hoop-la, FCPX has come a long way since then.

I cut a Broadcast commercial shot with RED in 4K and edited in no time in FCPX. It's the real deal!
