fcp 7 Canvas window zoomed out

Starting a project and the canvas window is zoomed out. Both canvas and viewer are at 25%. Viewer looks perfect viewing the file in the browser. I've had this problem before, but couldn't figure it out. I hope its an easy fix. Thank you!

when edit clip to the timeline its automatically adjust clip size to the sequence size. its because in user preferences in edit option selected by default. just double click on sequence clip and check scale and distortion tab

Someone on another board helped me. My sequence frame size was a lot smaller than my file frame size for some reason.

double click sequence clip and reset scale in motion tab
