FCP 7 and Snow Leopard?

OK, maybe this is a pre-emptive thread... has anyone tried the new FCS on Snow Leopard? Any noticeable improvements?

I haven't seen any signs anywhere about a 64-bit FCS 'upgrade' like people seemed to think would happen.

Untill now I read on the forums that it is 32 bits only and does not support multi cor processing. Maybe a real new version at the IBC2009 in 3 weeks time ????
